3 Step Onboarding Sequence
- 1. Welcome Email – typically sent on the day of joining. Should have specific strategic objectives so members would know what to expect. Include a welcome video explaining the process, what to expect or perhaps a video introducing the staff to build rapport.
- 2. FAQ link/documents – Educate the members on how the health club works and offers on how to improve results.
- 3. Roadmap Email – Map out how long it takes to see results and how to reach certain milestones.
